To reduce the evil
effects of 6^th, 8^th and 12^th houses and their
lords, one should strengthen 5^th, 9^th, and 1^st
house by wearing gems related to the lords of 5^th, 9^th
and 1^st house. Tripod and Bipod of Gems for reducing evils and
misfortunes for each are as follows:

Those who can afford to
buy three gems should go according to Tripod. Those who can not afford to buy
tripod or bipod (2 gems) should wear only Red Coral if they were born in Aries,
Cancer, Leo, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Pisces Lagna. Those born in Taurus,
Libra, Gemini, Virgo, Capricorn and Aquarius should wear Turquoise or Firoza.
According to Astrologers, gems meant for lord and sub-lord of the 11^th
house or Nakshatra lord of the 11^th
lord may help one in fulfillment of one’s desires.

Note: Gomed and
cat’s eye should not be worn along with ruby, pearl, red coral and yellow
sapphire.

Gems for hastening marriage: Ladies should wear Red
Coral and Yellow Sapphire while men should wear White pearl and White Sapphire.

For success in competitive exams: Emerald, Red Coral and
Yellow Sapphire should be worn. For I.A.S. etc. type of jobs one should wear
Ruby to strengthen the planets.

For promotion in Service: Emerald, Yellow
Sapphire and Lapis Lazuli should be worn.

For success in trade and business: Emerald, Yellow
Sapphire and Cat’s eye may be worn.
