This is rather a selfish combination, inclining the native to be hard and somewhat careless as to the feelings of others, excepting those of his own family or those who minister to his personal comfort. The sympathies are slight and jealousy is easily aroused while there is a tendency to be rather unforgiving and severe with wrong-doers.
Criticism and judgement are keenly developed and this combination is good for all matters connected with industry; the Scorpio persistency of character and self-reliance strengthen the Virgo nature in this respect. A very fortunate combination for either nursing or doctoring as the two influences harmonize well in these matters.
But if either luminary is much “afflicted” it is not good for health.
